• Ensure developers fulfil their housing promises

• Protect irreplaceable chalk streams

• Require developers to improve habitats before building

• Ensure sustainable development to prevent issues like waste flooding


Local Democracy

• Introduce a community right to appeal decisions against Local Plans

• Involve local people in development strategies

• Give elected councils the final say on development
